Run for your life! We were told the model we walked through was the same as ours. Then came the bait and switch. We received our apartment in a condition that I can only describe as nauseating. We had been promised by the apartment manager that she personally did a walkthrough. If by walkthrough she meant she held their breath while sprinting through the apartment, blindfolded, swinging a dead skunk by the tail, then we agree. Nice, quiet place to live I lived here for a year and in general, really enjoyed it. The building was great - we lived upstairs, but the staircase was inside, so we didn't have to walk up in the cold, heat or rain.We did have some issues with animals while we were there, though. On one occasion, our apartment was overrun (we actually had to stay at a friend's house) with fire ants, and the management only had pest control once a week, so we waited five days for them to come, all the while only able to dart across the room to... read more
