Heather was super nice and helpful while I looked around at different units earlier this year
We recently had our AC unit go out over the weekend. I called the after hours office and was able to get a Technician out to assist. They scheduled and replaced our whole HVAC system within a few days. During that time Technician Johnny ensured our apartment stayed cooled throughout the weekend with constant follow up and professionalism. If they could get 10, I would! I have been trying to get an apartment all month and was getting the run around from a property in Pflugerville. I called these guys and got a call back in under 5 minutes and responses throughout the day stayed at 5 minutes or less to respond. If you get the chance, talk to Alara and/or Hazel! We had a great 2 years up until we left. We never got back money owed to us from being overcharged on the rent. Still waiting. We moved in January 2026 due to the rent increase. We still want our money.
MAA Cedar Park is a fabulous community! Elegant apartments, topnotch services, and prompt customer care. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a place stay in Cedar Park.
