The woman who practically runs Colonial Grand in Round Rock, TX. gave us the absolute WORST customer service on Earth like the person below. After hearing that my wife and I would not be renewing our lease because we bought a home AND because the rent sky-rocketed an extra $400, she continued to tell us that we did not owe anything else to them after paying the final rent/water payment. Loved the apartment WORST service in history! Jennifer Barto literally her words "I don't have time for your issues, I have more important matters to complete I am going to have to ask you to leave." TO A RESIDENT, who pays on time, does not come and ask for multiple things, just trying to complete paper work for their apartment! If you are looking for an agent, DO NOT have her be your agent she will not have time for you.
