The walls are super thin, you can make out when your up and downstairs neighbors make any noise. I could quote plenty of arguments I heard through my ceiling. I expect this as a part of apartment living but this was definitely very thin compared to previous experiences. The front gates are a fake sense of security, there are many alternate ways people can get into the neighborhood but I never saw the gate work for more than one night at a time either. We moved from a property owned by West Shore Properties. The absolute worst places to rent from. It got bad and I was told so much about MAA Benton. This place is amazing! The office staff is so helpful and understood what we were going through. Mey was great with us explaining the pros and cons. More pros than ever. Maintenance is always on top of it and they look out for pets id tou have them. Theyre very kidn and check up a day or two later to make sure things are still going great.
