Jonny was very attentive and respectful. Troubleshot the dryer and was able to diagnose the issue promptly whilst fixing other items with the appliance. Overall great experience.
My husband and I lived here for two years, and we regret signing the lease. The complex is advertised as a clean, gated community with great amenities, but that wasn’t our experience. When we moved in, the stairwells were filthy—covered in cobwebs, spider eggs, and wasp nests—and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Our “professionally cleaned” apartment still had dog food under the stove. The gate meant to secure the property was broken and left open most of our time there, allowing anyone to enter. Johnny was quick, efficient, and friendly. Went the extra mile to clean out our light fixtures which was very much appreciated!
