I would not recommend living in Colonial Village- Godley Lake. We had mold twice, which took them over a month to fix. Then we had the above neighbor who had a leak in one of the pipes and which that clause it to leak into our closet outside all over our things. We have had one manager tell us one was ok and then the other tell us we made it up and they had know idea why the other managers said that which costs us 200 extra dollars.
