Lived there for 6 months. In reality this apartment is not bad it’s very spacious but I’m warning you now , you don’t get what you pay for. MAA uses real page to compete with other prices in the same area, yet they haven’t updated anything in decades it seems. Carpet is old and gross, appliances are all old, the doors are so old that they have an opening on the bottom side that led to us having big cockroaches leaking in almost every other day. This is not just an apartment complex; it is my safe place, my community, and the place I call home. MAA Berkeley Lake has an amazing property staff that provides all residents with amazing customer service. I highly recommend this property.
This is a very beautiful community ! I was looking for a new place to live, I called and spoke with Gigi. Gigi was very friendly, polite and informative. She made arrangements for me to view the property the same day in the time frame that for my schedule. The community was beautiful and clean, you could not find one piece of trash in any area on the premises.
