Oshane & Q are the best! Very respectful, timely & can fix anything. They even take their shoes off when walking through the apartment. Best maintenance crew I’ve ever had :)
I am really satisfied with my stay so far. It seems to be a very quiet and not too busy complex. It''s rather peaceful here. Any concerns or problems I may have are taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you, it's greatly appreciated.
Gigi is wonderful! We went to look at a place here and we realized it was out of my kids school district! She was kind enough to sit down and help us find another MAA that was in the district when she did not have to do that. 10/10 service!
⭐️ 1-Star Review This has been one of the most stressful and unsafe housing experiences I’ve ever had. My apartment flooded due to a washing machine issue, impacting multiple areas of the unit. Following the incident, the apartment was left uninhabitable—no running water, partial to no power, industrial fans running nonstop, and the thermostat turned off, causing extreme heat and increasing the risk of mold.
