Just moved in and I absolutely love this apartment complex.MAA has some very nice properties across the board. All of the leasing agents are very friendly and attentive to any needs or questions we might have . Jazmine is the the one who helped us specifically and she is just awesome! Lived here for over a year. The obnoxious skateboarders and the loud neighbors are horrible. Honestly, paying this much in rent just to be kept up all night by neighbors is insane. And working from home, good luck with that. The first year was great, lately it has been a roller coaster and not worth a lease renewal. If you’re desperate move here otherwise keep looking. There’s more but I feel like I’ve said enough.

Everyone at Berkeley Lake was awesome from touring the property to the signing of the lease!
I recently toured the property and I loved it! But I must say Jazmine was fantastic! She was very well informed and so nice. Hopefully I’ll get to call this community home.
