History Established in 1983. The apartments were built in 1983 and have been a very quiet family oriented community. We have several long term residents. Meet the Manager Lisa J. Manager I have been with Colonial Gardens for 13 years. I started out living here with my three son's. I got remarried and moved off the property. I am only 4/10 of mile from property and I am always around. My husband Jay is out maintenance man. We work as a management team.
