Love it here I must say that I have yet to be woken up by any loud parties or the train that runs near my apartment. The maintenance people are extremely helpful. The only thing is that the rental office is only open during business hours Monday-Friday, so getting your laundry card refilled poses a problem.

Probably the closest apartment complex to campus Colonial Gardens has a huge draw from nearby University of Delaware students. Many of my graduate student friends lived there because it was cheap and within walking distance of campus. There's nothing amazing about these apartments, but I did hear complaining off and on about water damage problems and mold outbreak. The daily train can also be a bit of an unneeded wake-up call.
