Try to order from them for delivery and received order confirmation, order cancellation, order refund notifications all at the same time. I then try to follow up with the email address provided and messages were returned, even though I was responding to the messages that were sent from their email address. I was trying to support local and send a friend a bouquet for their birthday.

Do not use the website. Ordered flowers for my wife online. Did not hear anything for over four hours… I called and they said they had to find the order then called me back. Said they saw it pending but hadn’t come through yet. Four. Hours. Later. Then told me they couldn’t make that exact bouquet bc they didn’t have the succulents. That they would have to be preordered. Website said nothing about that. I asked to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t give me a turn around time for a refund. $93 later and it’s too lat... read more
