Colonial Family Practice on Liberty St, Sumter SC, is excellent. Dr. Lowder is kind, caring, effective, and attentive to all of my healthcare needs. His staff is excellent, also!

These people seriously never answer the phone. How hard is it to hire a receptionist that works?! Over a month trying to have my medical records sent to my new doctor and NOTHING
The receptionist woman, straight when you walk in, on the left when you check in, was horrible, condescending and disrespectful. I'm surprised you have her checking in these poor sick people with the attitude she has. Very disappointing. Hire more caring staff in the front because your nurses and doctors are great.
