I only gave 5 stars due to the doctors care. The front desk staff could be a little more courteous to each other.
Don't go here!!! My initial visit was great and everyone was nice. I went here to get prior auth to go to a few specialist. My appointment was late February and its April 4th and I only have one prior auth. The specialist they referred me to called me multiple times and the office trying to get prior auth. Eventually I called my insurance and they called the practice and still no new updates. And whenever I did call it would take about 20 minutes to get through just to be transferred to someone's voice mail or have someone w... read more
Update 4/2/25, still experiencing similar communication issues with referrals. Its out of hand. They don't reply on the communicator, there are long wait times on the phone while at work. I got a hand written note from Lex Brain and Spine in the mail (that's called genuine concern) saying they faxed documents over to Colonial in regard to my referral. I sent Colonial a message on Monday and by Wed still had not heard back. I called and when I was finally connected, Colonial misspoke and said they never got the fax from Lex B... read more
I’ve been a patient with Dr. Soto for about two years. I have a habit of arriving early to all my appointments, just out of courtesy. The straw that broke the camels back was leaving me in the back to wait for my doctor for longer than 45 minutes. Only for him to arrive and rush me along. I’m not addicted to anything but he absolutely refuses to write certain prescriptions, and he disregards my concerns. Initial new patient appt setup was easy. Staff in office where friendly and great. Winston Morris seemed to care about my check up and questions. Had bloodwork, and the woman who drew my blood was the best. Follow-up to bloodwork, never contacted. Results were in the red on a few categories, and it was over 2 weeks before it said the doctor even viewed them. Called and on hold for 20min.
