the ladies managing the office are AMAZING and make you feel comfortable and right at home; they also are so helpful with picking out lenses, frames, and speciality accessories. they are so friendly and have a welcoming vibe as soon as you walk through the door. eye exams are quick and efficient with the eye doctor answering patient questions and patiently addressing concerns.
Was greeted and helped by the best office staff. Jen and Kitty were so amazing and efficient. Dr. Rehak's eye exam was very thorough and he answered my clinical concerns well. Would stick to them as long as they are around.
Update 11/3. I decided to try the new doctor in the practice, Dr Nader. Our appointment was at 9:15. She arrived in the office at 9:30. She looked at us in the waiting room and said nothing. When she came out to bring us back a few minutes later, she didn’t say a word about the fact that she was late. I know things happen but would have appreciated at least an acknowledgement given that we were missing school and work. I will stick with Dr Rehak in the future. Dr. Rehak and his staff are wonderful. Highly recommend either location. Jennifer in Phoenixville is wonderful as well!!
I have been going to Dr. Rehak for years and he is fantastic! His entire team is wonderful to work with and have always provided great care. I would absolutely recommend his practice to anyone!
