I had a great experience! Every staff member, from beginning to end (5), was friendly, personable, and professional. My exam was thorough, all of my questions were answered and exam results were explained or shown to me. The eyeglass department had a great selection, prices and insurance coverage were upfront with options. This was my favorite eye exam in my 15 years of needing glasses! Thank you all for restoring my faith in customer service!
