I made an appointment for an apartment tour today for their 3 bedroom unit, but found it to be a waste of time. This complex does not disclose the requirement for 3x monthly income on their website. Since my boyfriend and I are not married, we were not within their income scope. The highest income would be the only one considered. I would have appreciated this information during my email exchange with their leasing consultant. Complete lack of transparency.
First time renter - I appreciated it here. Price was better than any other place. No regrets. & Thank you for having a sauna!!!
Good apartment for the price. Functional kitchen, sizable living room and bedrooms. The pools are pretty cold and hot tub was never "hot", but would agree these are still nice amenities that were kept clean. The gym is very small, but sufficient for a workout and the sauna is a nice bonus, which heats up quickly. I appreciated that the only utility you pay for is electric. I give one star because we schedule a tour with these people. And if they had specific requirements they should have told us instead of making us drive 40 mins in traffic.
