If I could leave 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying the one positive that the apartment units are very beautiful, hardwood floors new appliances ( very small balconies) though. They may be beautiful but the people who run this building are scammers and thieves. My brother went in for an apartment tour loved it and was given a paper with info on the application fee $100, admin fee $150 and security deposit fee $350. He filled out application paid both the admin and app fee $250 all together that he knew would be non refu... read more
I made an appointment for an apartment tour today for their 3 bedroom unit, but found it to be a waste of time. This complex does not disclose the requirement for 3x monthly income on their website. Since my boyfriend and I are not married, we were not within their income scope. The highest income would be the only one considered. I would have appreciated this information during my email exchange with their leasing consultant. Complete lack of transparency.
