Its been over 20 years since i been back. New face lift inside and out, and the food is still great. Wife got a meal and it could have served 3 people.

I have to be honest I really like the new colonial diner. I love the food here now.. However as of lately you have to beg to get a hot bowl of soup. So after going thru several times with the same evening counter waitress, my brother and I were served bearly warm at best soup last evening. That along with a waitress who has had a not so good attitude of late we decided to leave and go elsewhere where we got friendly service and a piping hot bowl of soup...I wish were different as your food and soup when hot are great.. The best part about the colonial diner is the waitress Amanda R. Always so pleasant and knows what we want!!! When you get Amanda you never have to wait for anything!! She's the best!! The best hostess is Maria!!! So sweet. She's so caring. The two are why we keep coming back!!!
Stopped in this Diner, for lunch the other day. Ordered the Chicken Pot Pie, My pot pie had moist chicken and sautéed vegetables mixture topped with a golden flaky crust that had me arguing with myself, should I️ eat the crust, a little bit at a time or save the crust till the end. Chef George, who I️ met over this pot pie, truly loves what he does, and it shows in making this place a culinary gem of diner!
I had dinner there the other night and my experience was great due to my server Amanda R I would recommend this place to anybody n I will b from now on requesting Amanda .. She was nice n friendly our food came out suffienciently n it was delicious.
I've been searching for the best chicken croquettes a diner can offer. Good news: Colonial Dinner has them! Need to taste test other items on the menu, so will be back often.
We came in tonight for dinner. Not only was our dinner very good, but our waiter Matt could not have been better, he was professional and personable. He made our dinner a pleasure . Thank you for taking such good care of our family.
