Yeah, so I 'did' give this a decent rating. Now I can't because it fools other people into thinking this place is acceptable. It's not. The glass of this section of the complex is busted. Has been for the near 3 years I've been here. Carpets in the lobby are in atrocious condition after the previous landlord hired unprofessionals to 'attempt' a fix on the water heater for this section. They did terrible, got replaced by another crew entirely, and then left the carpets smelling musty and waterlogged. The landlord has been inf... read more
Great place. Manager will take of things if asked. We lived there for 6 years. Only complaint was a loud neighbor but it was taken care of.
Great place to raise children. Newly updated volleyball court, playground and pool. Fishing and gazebo access. Office on property.
