Dave, the resident manager, does a great job here. There aren't many amenities on the property, but there's a pleasant enough laundry room that offers plenty of (coin - or app - operated) washers and dryers. Plus, storage units are available, located near the laundromat. Assigned outdoor surface parking is enforced, and street parking is usually available right in front of or nearby to both main entrances. MCTS Bus Line #60 stops at the corner where there's a gas station with a convenience store.
I have to give one for any place that has u deform your animal in order to live there. Never wouls i rent in such a place
They never answer the phone but they have ads for places available in the complex. Terrible customer service. Why place the ad if you are not going to answer the phone for applicants?
the leasing department is worst. I called them to lease and and the other person did not spoke and turned off my call.
