I love the apartment! really fast maintenance, friendly staff, up to date apartments.
The apartments are spacious and updated, the grounds are kept immaculate, the staff and maintenance crew are very personable and always willing to answer questions and help in any way. Even the neighbors I've crossed paths with are super friendly.
I am on the fence about recommending this place. My fiance and I rented a 2 bedroom ground floor unit for one year. we knew we were only going to stay for a year. We were impressed by the sizes of the bedrooms and closets. The bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated. The kitchen included new, full size stainless steel appliances. The underground parking was great, though the garage doors would get stuck open at least once a month. However, we experienced very poor communication from the office staff. Great place to move into, I moved here about a year ago and can say I really found my home. The property manager is great, very nice, caring and is the all time best
Colonial Court was the first apartment my husband and I lived at upon our move to Milwaukee. We absolutely loved living there! We had a beautiful newly remodeled kitchen. The apartment was very nice and in a very nice neighborhood across from Estabrook Park. The staff is amazing and maintenance was always attentive.
