I’ve been living in Continental Towers Calgary managed by WRE development for over 2.5 years and unfortunately, my experience with the property management has gone downhill—especially recently. They appear to be more money-minded than genuinely concerned about tenant well-being. Communicating with them feels like you are talking to robots with no humanity at all. Resident manager is horrible. He needs people skills! Talks down to Seniors and has his favorites. Should not be working here.
If I could give less than a one star rating I would. The staff is neglectful with how they treat customers. I spent over a week trying to resolve one issue and was passed around from representative to representative looking for answers and was told something different by everyone I spoke to. The unit is completely outdated in comparison to the images listed online and if you need help with anything building related expect to be put on hold and sent to voicemail and not being treated like a priority.
