I lived here and the care taker is INAPPROPRIATE. Will let himself into your apartment whenever he pleases with NO warning and NO work being needed. If you are naked and sleeping and suddenly he's in your bedroom he will come over and kiss your forehead as you are clutching blankets to you saying "GET OUT" WRE also protects him and threatens to evict you when you call the cops for sexual harassment and bullies you to drop the charges.
