it's a nice place to stay. it's close to everything. it's quiet.
The surrounding grounds that are of peace,wonderful scenery you are able view daily.
Great family experience.
Meant to be a class A property by has 1980s furnishings. The windows are broken and result in cold winters and hot summers. The carpets are becoming threadbare in spots but the owner won't replace it. Colonial court II has a whole floor that is inhabitable due to flooding and mold. No Amenities, except for 2 BBQs shared between over 300 apartments.
