Fraud Alert! Do not ever come to this place! They charged us for an oil change and new filter but did not actually put in a new filter. The technicians and the manager were very rude to my husband. They even argued with him until my husband said "if you changed the filter, show me the old one and the box the new one came in". At that point the manager became apologetic and admitted that they not only did not change the filter but they also do not have the filter for my Subaru!
If anyone ever sees this place....please please do not use them! They did an oil change on our car which was done incorrectly mind u was $90...nearly burning up my engine because of the quality they did.... Cost me almost $300 to fix at the dealership... And these ppl act like there's no manger here... So sad!!! Im so upset like seriously? Ugh yes im blasting them... And will Yelp & will report to BBB � its Christmas time who has money to pay for someone elses mistake? Ugh not me! Upsetting part is when we ask forbthe manage... read more
Lousy service. Misquoted my oil change. And took entirely to long. For the price just go to the dealer.
