I’ve done this maybe one other time. Don’t complain but - Left with my car smooth at top of doors but below still feel the dirt like feeling. As well as the tire that marks on your car, especially white cars. My inside was not vacuumed in easy places. I ended up basically washing my whole car once I got home. The cashier was not at all friendly and you can tell she didn’t want to be there. Not a happy customer. First and last time I’m there.

If you value your vehicle or loved ones then stay away from Colonial Car Wash. Their Pecan Grove location talked our young daughter in to getting an coolant flush in connection with an oil change. They didn't seal up the system again and the following evening she was left stranded in the middle of nowhere. Had to get a tow truck to take the car to a mechanic who fixed the vehicle. When asking for a refund the owner Mohamad Ali refused, saying we could only get a coupon towards future services at their place !
Needed annual inspection done on my car, didn't know the car wash place and inspection place were all together. Inspection done in a timely fashion and I received a complimentary car wash. Now that's what's up!

My husband took our car Sunday 5/7/17 for an oil change. Wish we had read the reviews. They tried to get him to pay for a air filter he didn't wanted it today. He stopped them from cleaning the car our toddlers spoon was on the ground outside the car. In a chubby hole under the radio I keep my Ray Bans sunglasses for my vision not vanity they are special sized. My husband and I are the only ones that drive it or are in the front seat.
