I have been a loyal customers for years and have an unlimited car wash account. I purchased a new vehicle and stopped in to State Street to obtain a new bar code. The manager was awesome and took car of me. I have been to the car wash three times since and it didn't work. The worker the first time took my information and bar code information and said he would take car of it. I took my truck through the laser wash which ended up malfunctioning and scratching the front fender. I filed a damage report with an attendant and a few days later, their manager, Jeremy reached out to me. Jeremy took excellent care of the situation and personally detailed and buffed out the scratches in the fender. Their customer service was exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
