I usually go to the Downtowner but I was returning from Key West and wanted the car clean. Big mistake, half the brushes didn't work and the rinse process was like peeing on the car! My car looked worse after the wash, requiring me to have it washed again (not here). Never again complete rip off!
Only car wash we go to! We come every weekend and wash all of our cars. Staff is friendly and helpful especially Rebecca!

my first time using since it was sold, will not return.... The front and back bumper where missed by the brushes and the staff was rude.
I've been going to Rocket Car wash for about a year or so... no complaints! Sometimes things go wrong, but the staff are always courteous and helpful and when it comes to solving any issues that I've encountered there which have been rare and they are very accommodating as well.... can't beat their prices either!!!! I recommend that everyone try them out and stop being so hard on them!
I can see not letting a truck through with a bunch of crap in there bed, but a toolbox? That's a dumb policy.
