I was a patron of rocket shine car wash for many months as it is local to my new community. A few weeks ago I heard a large screech sound while I was there. When viewing my vehicle, there was a deep and noticeable scratch down the side that was about 2 feet long and one that was only a few inches long above that one. The gentlemen on duty at the time stated sometimes debris can get stuck in the wash from others and he chuckled and walked off.
