Love my rugs that I got from Donna at colonial braided rug. Purchased a small one at Sugerloaf craft show in NJ, and because the colors were so perfect in my kitchen I called Donna and ordered a custom size runner. Excellent quality, great customer service. Highly recommend them!!
I couldn't be happier with my custom rug! I will be sure to tell all of my friends about this wonderful company. Their customer service is remarkable! And the quality of their product speaks for itself! When talking with Donna about my order, she was so pleasant, helpful, and more than accommodating. These days, you don't find many companies offering this kind of service. This ones a keeper!
I have approximately 8 of their rugs and love each one....this does not count my dog bone mats for my furkids....coasters...love the workmanship and personal touch...the owner always takes time for questions and can answer any I ask with knowledge..you can tell she loves what she does...I will be a repeat customer...
I have four rugs made by Colonial. Those ladies are really special. The first two rugs I bought when I visited the factory. Two years later, I ordered two more to match. When they arrived and I examined them, I couldn't tell which ones had been used. Two years later, I still see no sign of use. They are beautiful, and so easy to care for. Friend and relatives are invited to come see them.
Love, love, love, all the rugs we purchased from Colonial Braided Rug. What a wonderful find! The owner, Donna, and her staff, were all very, very nice and a pleasure to meet and see their warehouse.
