This is the most awful building management company ever. Harrasing us, lying, and pushing us down. They treat their tenants like garbage and don't listen to anything. They tell you one thing and then entirely change their minds. It's full of lies and them constantly coming to your door to annoy you about random policies. They don't take care of their buildings and they are extremely unclean.
100 Alexander street Apartments is the worst managed building I've ever seen. no security, elevator out of service at least once a month and laundry facilities breakdown constantly. terribly managed but trying to raise rent 10% the past 2 years
