We are so fortunate to have The Blackinton Inn here near the center of town...It is not only gorgeous inside and out, but so lovely to be served with china, napkins, elegant settings and fabulous food. A super favorite spot for both casual and fine dining...and Sunday brunch is not to be missed!!
I was at a bridal shower. Food and service was excellent. Loved the little courtyard for outside seating.
Cool spot great food. Love the charm of the historic house. Seared tuna ap, beef carpaccio both awesome, my ribeye excellant, wife had a surf n turf special lamb chops and lobster she said was terrific. We'll be back.

This was our first time dining at the Colonel Blackington Inn and it was fabulous! We had a party of 10 and the food and service was fantastic with reasonable prices! It was really a nice change from the typical Easter buffet brunches that we have been in previous years and it was in a beautiful venue! We will be back! My Mom and the kids loved seeing the Easter bunny as well! Nice touch to the Easter holiday! Besides it’s not every day that you can get a photo taken with the Easter bunny and a couple of vegetables!
As Kim put it, It's my "Home away from home" I cannot say enough great things about the wonderful staff this Inn employs! I haven't met one staff in the past two months of staying here that has not only greeted not only me but everyone else who comes through the doors with a smile and gracious attitude�..I've stayed in a few of the rooms. ALL are always immaculately kept with options of having things brought up to your room or even then allowing me to go down after closing to make tea to bring up to my room..It IS certainly ... read more
