Overall, the waiting time was manageable, the clinic is clean and organized. I met with Dr. Michael Johns for an assessment, he did a great job answering all my questions and explaining everything to me thoroughly. He knows what he's doing and took his time without rushing, so he immediately gained my trust after first meeting him. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone.
Dr. Johns is the best. His knowledge and care is unsurpassed. Thank you for your excellent care.
I've been with this office. Have been satisfied until this time. I cancelled my colonoscopy and asked for a call back to reschedule. No response. I called FOUR times and no response. I did, however receive a letter asking me to call to reschedule! I am very confused and frustrated.
Had a colonoscopy and two banding sessions done by Dr. Rahkmanine, he did great. He knows his stuff and took his time answering my questions. I am very good at reading people and he gained my trust almost immediately after first meeting him. Which is great because dealing with the colon is so nerve racking, especially as a young man. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone. Thank you so much again!!
