I initially spoke with another woman in billing who was pleasant, but unfortunately she wasn't able to resolve my concerns. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, which is when I was connected with Wade. Unfortunately, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly interrupted me, talked over me, and raised his voice while I was trying to explain my concerns.
