Waiting for two hours and no one seems to care I'm late for work and they are taking appointments from now before me and I've been here for two hours. Very poor and I'm never coming back here.
The doctors at Colon and Rectal Care are phenomenal. I have found them to be very knowledgable and compassionate. Their office is efficient and caring. I cannot recommend them enough!
Unprofessional and Careless – I had been a patient with Gallahue, of Shelbyville, Ind for quite some time, just recently my therapist had suddenly quit and a new so called therapist had filled his space, this therapist had called me after all of their rules had changed and said I missed too many days and had like 2 no shows in 1 months time, I had one. Worst practice in this world. Greedy doctors who don't care. – I didn't want to rate them even 1 star. This practice and I use the word loosely is the most avaricious, unprofessional, uncaring, evil place I have ever been to. That doctor Gowdmarjarn is a greedy dog! Good Doctor........Zero Tolerance – I went to see this doctor and everything went perfectly. I was not sick I simply needed a quick medication perscription. Unfortunatly I did not open the mail I got from them at home. My insurance did not cover this and I was unaware. So they called me for payment and this is where I lost interest in every going back. Phone number is not correct – this number has been changed.....it is now 317-318-7100 You also need to go through an intake before you can directly go to Gallahue and that number is 317-621-5719. It also the emergency #. Might save someone else the time it took me to find these numbers
Colon & Rectal Care Review – The scheduling, reception, assistants, nurses and doctors at Colon Rectal Care are tops! Sometimes it is not easy to trust and particularly not easy to trust concerning ones rectal care. I have been in the care of this practice for about 6 years. During this time I have had 3 full exams, some treatments of internal 'rhoids and one emergency "fix" for an external one. The staff have always been caring and respectful. Excellent medical care available when you need it – Yes, the wait times can sometimes be long depending on their queue. However, I have used Medcheck many times for myself and my family and my opinion is that we have always recevied excellent medical there. We will continue to go there.
Worst Medical Service In Indianapolis – I will never go to any of the Medcheck location ever again. They are always extremely busy and the staff move very slow. All of the staff will be sitting around talking, including the physician when there is a full waiting room. The receptionists are so slow and are never at the window to help and there are very few places to sit and wait.
