Was rude, did not want to listen i was extremely uncomfortable going to this clinic and seeing a doctor there, wanted to put a huge needle in me to drain an abscess and i said no after my first go around elsewhere and the PTSD it left me and also she got irritated when i refused Then decided to schedule me to go under to have it drained, waited in pre op for over 2 hours to be told they werent gunna do it!
