I’ve been to doctors in Los Angeles, Miami & Virginia about the issues I’m having and Dr. Hancock was by far, the best doctor I’ve been to yet! Super sweet, very informative, and took his time with me. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable & coming up with a plan going forward- blessed to have such a great team looking after me.
** fraudulent check given to me***This review is for there billing department. I had surgery on May 3rd 2024. A month after my surgery, I received my EOB from my insurance company. Finding out my insurance paid the physicians and I paid the physicians. So, I contact them and they where like ok. We will refund you the money. It took multiple phone calls for them to cut me my check. Check was printed on August 8th. I deposit the money August 14th. On August 16th the check bounced. As no experience for the needs to go here are fun, I will say that Dr. C is great! He makes a super uncomfortable situation, totally a breeze. His sense of humor makes it all the better! From surgery, to check ups, I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. The complete staff, and especially his direct nurse are all very pleasant and caring. I would Totally would recommend them to anyone in need. Thanks Dr. C, you’re the best!
