I lived here for almost 6 years and the last year of living here went awful. Felons, drug selling, and police presence everyday. (A 7 warrant felon lived right across from me selling drugs outbid his apartment and the manager nor police did nothing.) this resulted in fear of taking the trash out, being outside on my porch, and even walking to my car. (Due to someone trying to break into it also) Very sad of this.
4 months in and I’m very disappointed the first place I ever lived in that don’t have some type of maintenance that can address issues until the property manager makes a request which she makes it known that it will cost nothing is a emergency cause they are not coming I have made several complaints about this refrigerator and it’s still a issue it’s the holiday so I can just chalk up having any one come out nor replace any of my groceries i had a issue with roaches and when I mentioned it I was asked if I’m sure I didn’t br... read more
