This community is nice when it's regarding the upkeep of the landscaping. However, if you have a family with children, the board members of the HOA and some of the residents with nothing better to do, will stalk you and report unfounded violations of the rules. Many people have moved (renters and homeowners) from here due to the harassment and very strict rules. For example, children are not allowed to play in the common areas. 근처 숙소로 가는길에 가로수길이 좋아서 다음날 아침에 아내와 산책을 하며 꽃과 우거진 나무들 사이로 살살 불어오는 바람이 상큼하고 시원했다. 해뜨기전 1시간이 짧아서 아쉬워요 👍
