Worst customer service experience. I would never recommend anyone to get repairs at this shop.
I took my Lexus 2006 model for car body shop for repair. I had couple of issues from the car after the repair is done. First Seat memory is not working. Second, weird noise is coming out of the car. When contacted they are saying car is old and this is common with old cars. There was no noise was there when the car took for repair. I was advised to take the car to Lexus dealer diagnose and they need to confirm this weird nose is coming due to repair. I work for an insurance company and have had so many customers with horrible experiences. I strongly recommend using ANY OTHER body shop in Tulsa, OK or surrounding areas.
Gerber did an amazing job fixing damage I thought would be impossible to resolve. They were kind, professional, communicative throughout the process, and cleaned and detailed the car before returning it in amazing shape. Would return to them for work in a heartbeat.
