I have a personal family friend (A. W.) which was involved in an accident with another driver which has State Farm Insurance. She took her 2012 or 2013 Jeep to Geber; she pick up her Jeep after being told it was ready for her and her Jeep didn't drift to the right, while she was driving it home after picking up the vehicle, but pulled hard to the right, aiming for the curb. After an accident that wrecked the front left side of my 2024 Kia Niro, I wasn’t very happy… because it was a pretty car and I wasn’t sure anyone could make it look great once more. But Gerber proved me wrong! The car looks brand new, they even cleaned the interior (which was appreciated but NOT expected) and they were fast… giving me back my car a week before they were scheduled to. Their communication was excellent; timely and friendly. Highly recommended!
Worst customer service experience. I would never recommend anyone to get repairs at this shop.
I took my Lexus 2006 model for car body shop for repair. I had couple of issues from the car after the repair is done. First Seat memory is not working. Second, weird noise is coming out of the car. When contacted they are saying car is old and this is common with old cars. There was no noise was there when the car took for repair. I was advised to take the car to Lexus dealer diagnose and they need to confirm this weird nose is coming due to repair.
