Excellent service! This was my second time using Collision Works in Norman and I’m just as pleased as I was the first time.
5 Stars Collision Works did a wonderful job on my Tahoe. The paint was matched perfectly and looks beautiful. The bumper and all around it was replaced and also looks great. You can’t tell it was ever wrecked. All the work was done in half the time we were told. Customer service was great and they kept us updated all the way through the whole process. They even detailed the inside before we picked it up. We are very happy with the repairs and body work done.

Terrible customer service experience. I was not kept up to date on the status of my repairs and was given misleading information multiple times resulting in wasted trips. I felt like Phil couldn't have cared less if he tried. I finally had to escalate to the general manager to receive any kind of accurate information or updates. The work looks great, but it took almost 3 weeks to get my car back, which wouldn't have been so bad if communication would have been effective. I can't recommend and would not use them again.

Staff members wolf whistle at young women when they’re minding their own business, passing by. Until there is proof of improvement, I can’t in good conscience recommend any business that condones catcalling. I’ve already called and left word with the receptionist but if you’re going to foster the kind of environment that makes people uncomfortable, I have no reason to not return the favor.
From July 19th to Oct 6th my car was in this location (was promised Aug 18). Upon receipt of the vehicle it had more flaws on it than it had before it was dropped off, it had been garage kept and was babied until the accident. When i received it, it had new dents, hail damage, the alignment they had done (was re-done by my mechanic since it wasnt done properly) and the wheels were mismatched.
