When I was calling around asking about appointments for hail damage claims, they took my claim despite letting them know I will call back to confirm as I wanted to see if I can get an earlier appointment. I booked my appointment at another Autobody shop only to find my claim had been accepted by another shop when my appointment was nearing. I had to call Autopac to find out which shop accepted my claim. I figured, since Collision Werx already accepted my claim, I would try and book an appointment with them.
