2 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality I’m not completely satisfied with the job that was done to the vehicle. There are noticeable bubbles on the paint of the hood, and a visible paint line/ mark on the door handle that was not there before. 3 Star : Customer Service There was communication issues that eventually got resolved but staff is good and friendly. 5 Star : Returned Clean
5 Star : My Experience The repair was great but the wait was frustrating. I would call every other day & hear different excuses. I do not have a second vehicle so I had to rent one for 1 week then 2 weeks later rent again till I exhausted my insurance money. In which I told them I needed my vehicle. I really don’t know the truth of them stalling they blamed the insurance for having them look for the parts where they would be inexpensive.
