5 Star : My Experience The repair was great but the wait was frustrating. I would call every other day & hear different excuses. I do not have a second vehicle so I had to rent one for 1 week then 2 weeks later rent again till I exhausted my insurance money. In which I told them I needed my vehicle. I really don’t know the truth of them stalling they blamed the insurance for having them look for the parts where they would be inexpensive. Who knows the real reason.

2 Star : Likely to Recommend The car that hit me in November took his to repair at the Collision Stop in Harlingen and he got his car back mid December. I didn’t get to have my car fixed until the end of March. 2.5 Star : Repair Quality First it took 2 1/2 months for my car to be able to go in and multiple phone calls in my part to follow up.
