Good work, but most importantly the communication of work status was excellent.
vehicle was involved in a front side collision, Transmission failed 100 miles after repair, and even thoe the axle was ripped out of it the shop said that it was not related to the accident, when I recieved the vehicle the check engine light was on and the sticker was dead, had to take it back to the shop and they said the Transmission fluid was burnt up in it, strange it was burnt when the very same shop serviced and changed the Transmission fluid less the 20k miles before.
i had new parts that i brought in to be put on my car. not sure what they did with them but they never went on my car. i was charged almost $1,000 along with the money i spent on parts for absolutely nothing to be done to my vehicle.
