Awesome experience at Collision Solutions in Lumberton! Can't thank you guys enough for getting my truck fixed right!
I would not recommend this shop at all. The quality of the repair on my vehicle is unacceptable. My car originally had white pinstripes, and instead of matching that, they replaced them with silver. When I questioned this, I was told the original stripes were “too faded” to determine the color, which honestly makes no sense. White does not fade into an unrecognizable color. Called to get an estimate on a minor accident. The lady on phone said they don't do estimates. Not sure how that is even possible in their line of business. I went to another shop and they did just the opposite of this place. Now that shop is doing the repairs to my vehicle. I would recommend others to find a different shop that is willing to help.
