They are FANTASTIC! Did an outstanding job on my truck! Nice to have a rental car company inside their office a major plus!
Collisions exceeded our expectations for sure! Able to get my car in and fixed reasonable time, less than what they quoted me and fixed little dinks in my car without even asking! Such sweet employees that were able to answer any questions without complaints so there was no confusions. Truly so appreciative of these people’s work!
Went in to have an emblem installed on my vehicle. It was not a complicated job but I didn’t trust myself to get it perfect. I talked to Steve Martin and scheduled to bring it in on Monday. I came in to drop it off for the day. I waited for my ride but before my ride got there they already had it done. I am OCD when it comes to my vehicle and let me say it was perfect. Had to get front end fixed after an unlicensed driver pulled out in front of me. The person's insurance company was a nightmare to work with but luckily I found Collision Solutions and from then on the experience was awesome. The Enterprise rental was convenient and Steve also helped me with a few of my repair concerns and matched my aftermarket headlight. Thank you!
Had a tree limb fall on my truck during storm in July 2024. My insurance company allows me to pick repair shop and I decided on Collision Solutions mostly because very clean local shop and rental cars available at the location. Took a while to get repairs completed (2 and a half months) but they worked with me on rental past my insurance's 50 days.
