Affordable Prices – The staff here are the most honest, professional, knowledgeable I have ever worked with. A lot of other places were looking to charge me an arm and leg. After coming here the prices were very affordable and they even kept me updated on my car's repair's. Honest mechanics – Most honest and efficient place I've found. They've always been honest by discouraging me from doing some expensive repairs I could do without. I could tell they were trying to find the best option for me, recommending other places if for some reason I had to get something done that they didn't do. Efficient, keeping me updated, calling me before doing anything additional that needed to be done. By far, the best auto-repair place I've ever been in.

Wonderful service! – I had my car repaired here, and the service I received was wonderful. They were respectful, honest and up front. I even got a loaner car! My car was delivered on schedule looking showroom clean and like the day I purchased it. Will definitely recommend to others.
Extremely professional. – Unfortunately, I had to have my car repaired 4 times in a two year period. Fortunately, I took it to Collision Authority. Each time the staff was extremely professional, the shop was as clean as can be (it doesn't even look like an auto body repair place), they were honest, and I got my car back very quickly, with no hiccups! The work has held up, I'm happy to say it still looks as good as it did four years ago. I definitely recommend it to anyone needing repair work done!

Excellent work – I had my car in the shop in March for a rear end accident. The repair work was excellent along with the customer service. I can't believe they match the paint color and it looks better then it did before the accident! They had it done earlier then expected, and kept me informed during the entire repair process. Kudos to everyone that works here!?
