I have never used your service but I am giving you a 5 star rating for the job you did on that man's truck with the racial slurs...anyone who is willing to come to someone's aide like that deserves 5 stars and your actions obviously speaks volumes about your character....if I lived in Buffalo you would find yourself with a newly dedicated customer.
Maybe reviews of a collision shop shouldn't all be people from out of town talking about a news article.
I just read the story of how you and your team took care of the gentleman's truck with racial slur. Kudos to you for your kindness - you have my utmost respect. I worked the insurance industry for 30 years - 20 as an adjuster. I had a 70+ year old lady come to my drive in with a very graphic drawing. I offered to have her veh towed to the shop - she shouldn't have to drive it like that.
