I’m here visiting from NYC. My vehicle was broken into the day that I was planning on leaving and I was referred to Collision Masters. Their customer service was great, so I had very high hopes. I was told that the window would be arriving by the next morning, which was perfect since I had a very important meeting to attend the following day. Amazing work and amazing service. The guys at this shop keep you informed, always return calls, and are friendly and knowledgeable. The work they did was just absolutely beautiful! Love the service the best ever
Not impressed what so ever! They attempted to return our vehicle without a working taillight, a half fast paint job, and it took nearly two months to get it back, the body work was less than stellar and they had every excuse in the book as to why it was not in satisfactory condition. We only took it here because they were the closest shop insurance gave us to tow to....never again!
