Admitted they left my car unlocked overnight, it was opened there were footprints on the seats and items were stolen. Staff dismissed this until saying someone was seen on the cameras, and they laughed about this. $1,000+ for repairs and was the wrong battery, then asked for more money. Negligent and unprofessional
I had a mirror replaced after someone hit my car in Philadelphia. The people are great, Service was fast, and courteous. Would go here again.
My car was dropped off at the shop in early July. My car sat for 2 weeks before an estimate was ever sent over to the insurance company. I called MULTIPLE times about my car. The owner has then gotten involved and has offered to take money off. Since then (3 weeks ago) I have called MULTIPLE times about my car and was told EVERY week that my car would be ready “Monday”.
