Well, my truck took a little longer to get back, but my truck was brand new, a 2025, so parts took longer to get there , I’m assuming. Alex was very kind, helpful and kept me informed about my vehicle. I was upset at first that it was taking so long but i think I was just mad that this person turned in front me causing me to hit them and having to get my brand new truck that I only had for 2 weeks to be put in the collision shop !Before and after photos speak for themselves. I am an owner of a 2025 Santa Fe. When I purchased my vehicle at the dealership in Dearborn, the service was amazing. The environment was inviting and comfortable. I was recently involved in an accident and needed to bring my vehicle to the Southfield collision shop. The staff in the lobby was also amazing. However, I noticed how hot it was in the lobby, with windows surrounding the entire lobby with no blinds/shades. I was in for about 10-minutes and could barely handle the heat.
