Experience was absolutely horrible. I was referred to Mr Keith at Charleston Auto Elite Group to replace my rotors. That service went well. I went back about 2 weeks later to have my valve cover gasket replaced at ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE i have ever had. Mr Keith tore my motor down to the gasket. Called me and told me someone pulled up and told him to charge me $300 now we never discussed pricing on the vehicle and that was asked before any work was performed.
