Collision decision is the place to go I took my 2014 Maserati to Collision decision It was hit so bad I didn't think it had a fix. They did repairs to my car back in 2014, the sensors for the backing up never worked again but that was just a little issue, I didn't know that a big issue was on the way. My car was a 3 years lease which I returned when the lease ended. Two weeks later I got a letter from Infiniti with a charge of &1,600.00 the explanation of the charges said previous repairs. These guys were great. I got hit by a guy coming the wrong way down a one way. These guys got there before the police and immediately asked if everyone was okay and offered water to everyone at the scene. After being towed to the shop at about 2 in the morning, Andy helped me finish all of my paperwork and put me in a rental that night! The customer service was phenomenal from everyone there, and the car came out looking brand new. I can't recommend Collision Decision highly enough.
I recently got into a car accident on Spring Garden few weeks ago. A gentleman named Andy approached my vehicle and asked of I was ok. He then asked me if I needed a tow. They are very helpful they came to the scene and help me out. They took care of everything abd any issues with the insurance. The car was running perfect
Outstanding work on my 2011 Toyota, the manager was a really nice guy even picked me up to get the car cause I didn't have a ride. smooth transaction with my insurance co and payment. Also saved me a few bucks
this is a cash only business wish you are not told up front. i was told i would get my car between 7 and 10 days; after 22 days i got my car, but had to take my vehicle to another mechanic because of the multiple problems. the other mechanic informed me that i had to take my vehicle back to a body shop because the repairs needed were so extensive. i called collision decision and was called a f** by mike.
Had my 2009 Toyota repaired after accident . Just wanted to say thxs to mike & mike job well done would highly recomend P
