Not too customer friendly
I've taken 2 different cars to Collision Course after being rear ended, with significant damage to my car. This last time I was in an accident, I called Anna Garzzia, before I called anyone else, to let her know it happened again and I needed her help. Anna and her crew repaired my car, quicker than I've ever had a car repair. She made sure I was aware of the time and every other detail. This place is incredible!! Anna is already one of my favorite people on this planet and I've only met her twice! My insurance is Hartford and I actually hate them, but the one good thing that did come out of that you-dont-even-get-what-you-pay-for insurance is the introduction to this shop! The other day I came back with an other issue on the rear bumper and what an other auto shop had quoted $1000, Anna quoted $360 and still in the end, she offered an even better and cheaper solution.
